Purchase:
We have no secure website, and no intention to develop one, as we are a real 'bricks and mortar' shop: But there are a number of options to help you with your purchase. Please check with us first before making payment as to the final price, incl. current VAT and delivery charges, and to check if the item is in stock. Please read details on our 'Terms' page. Where prices are quoted in Euros, please enquire on the day as to the rate of exchange offered.

This is the best and quickest way to place an order, and give your card information. We cannot always answer the phone, but please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as we can.

We check our e-mails many times each day, and try to reply immediately. This is a good and quick way to place an order, but if you are not happy to send card information via e-mail, please call us with that information separately. We do not recommend sending your card information via e-mail, but you may do so at your own risk.

You may register an enquiry via text, (24 hours). This number is 'text only' and never answered. Please text in your name and number, and items required, and we will call you back by the next working day to take your order.
Bank Transfer:
We accept electronic bank transfer, at no extra surcharge, information to be provided when an order is placed. Please indicate if you prefer tp pay via this method. We accept payment in any currency, but any additional bank charges for conversion etc. must be borne by the customer.
Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept most major credit and debit cards, ( American Express not accepted!). No surcharge is made for using your debit card, and no surcharge for credit card purchases either. We absorb the 2.6% charge levied by the card companies for any card transaction ourselves. (This is therefore in effect a 2.6% discount to the customer). We therefore prefer to accept debit cards.
Cheques and Cash:
Cheques are accepted, but must clear if you have not purchased from us before.
Account holders:
If you have dealt with us regularly before, you may order on account, with a settlement time of 7 to 14 days. An invoice will be sent out with your items.
PayPal:
You can click on the PayPal 'Buy Now' button to pay, but please confirm the total price before using this payment method, which is instant, safe and secure. You can also log into PayPal directly, and make payment to our account, the account I.D is strings@soundpost.co.uk
Also please send us a separate e-mail to give order details, and provide a full postal address and a telephone number, please. No surcharge is made for using PayPal, this is worth an 'effective' discount to you of 3%. You do not need to be a registered PayPal account holder to use this option. You can also send us an e-mail with your order, and we can initiate a 'request funds' invoice to you via paypal which you will recieve to your reg'd pay Pal e-mail address. (We hope to refine/simplify this option once we have worked out how all the new PayPal options now work! ).
Minimum Purchase:
The minimum purchase for mail order is £10, ( for strings this is reduced to £5) plus carriage charges.
