Visitors to the shop and studio welcomed, but strictly by prior appointment only.
I am a maker and restorer, and am always busy, and usually in the shop on my own: for this reason, it is essential for you to call ahead to make an appointment, as I am not always available and if no appointment is made I may not always able to give you the time you require.

Parking:
There are some free '2 hour' visitors bay in Alexandra Place, and also in some streets nearby (Cline Road) - However while it is usually possible to park free nearby, if no bays are available then the normal parking rules apply which are often enforced. Outside the shop is a single yellow line, which attracts a fine even for a short visit, and the wardens seem to be very vigilant lately. We ask you to please respect the local residents' access and parking- the apparently vacant bays adjacent to the Old Glassworks do not belong to us, and are privately owned. Please do not park there.
