To order online and pay via a secure method, link here to PayPal, this is secure, safe and instant.
If you use this link, please send a separate e-mail (** !! VERY IMPORTANT !! ** ) confirming name, address, telephone number ( land phone preferred) and details of items ordered. Dispatch will only be to the same address at which the cardholder is registered.
Account Holders and Established Customers.
Goods will be dispatched the same day if possible with an invoice enclosed, payment due within 7 days of shipment.
Non-Account Holders
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds, or immediately if using a credit card.
No charge for postage on small letter flat items ( ie strings ) within the UK. Postal Tubes carry an additional £1.50 surcharge, and bass strings an extra £2.50 charge for 1st class post. Please confirm postal charges before making payment.
Some items offered from the website ( items indicated with S.'D-L' on relevant pages) are already discounted. (SoundPost 'Direct Line')
All major credit cards are accepted, incl Switch. ( American Express no longer accepted )
We make no surcharge for credit card payments for sales under £1000, (worth approx 2.6% to customer). For sales of over £1000, a 2.6% credit charge surcharge may apply (AmEx no longer accepted)
